Jasmine Guy
|
The
daughter of a black father and a white mother, Jasmine Guy started
out as a dancer but wound up being and actress. Her credits
from TV are A Different World, Melrose Place, NYPD Blue, and the Queen
miniseries. Her Movies include Harlem Nights and School Daze. She
has also acted in the theater in Grease! |

Rashida Jones |
Her
father (Quincy Jones) is Black and her mother is White (Peggy Lipton).
"If These Walls Could Talk II: Women Only" and "The
Last Don." She was a series regular on "Those Who Can,"
guest starred on "Freaks and Geeks" and "Second Opinion,"
and appeared as a correspondent on "Vibe TV." Her
feature film credits include "East of A" and "Myth
America." While at Harvard University, she appeared in "For
Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf,"
"Dancing at Lughnasa," "The Third Wave," "Love,
Sex and the I.R.S." and "The Odd Couple: The Female Version" |

Kidada Jones |
Her
father (Quincy Jones) is Black and her mother is White (Peggy Lipton).
She and Rashida Jones (see above) are sisters. Made her film
debut in The
Faculty, playing Venus, Usher's onscreen girlfriend. Although
her scenes were deleted in The Faculty, Kidada can next be seen in
Black and White, with Brooke Shields, and also Thicker Than Water.
In addition to a rising movie career, Kidada is also a Tommy Hilfiger
model, and has appeared in several adds and commercials. |

Karyn Parsons |
Her
father is white, her mother is black (According to a People
Magazine article) . She is probably most known for her role
as Hillary on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. She also starred
in movies such as Class Act, Major Payne, Gullivers Travels, Mixing
Nia and The Ladies Man. |

Tia
& Tamara Mowry |
The
identical twin stars of the show Sister Sister on the WB.
Their dad is White, their mother African-American. |

Tahj Mowry |
His
Father is White and his Mother is Black. He is the younger brother
of Tia and Tamara Mowry (see above). He started doing commercial
and scored the part as Teddy in 'Full House'. He later
moved on to star in his own WB sitcom 'Smart Guy'. He made a
guest appearance on 'Friends', 'Out All Night', 'Minor Adjustments',
and 'Sister Sister' among others. He has also danced in
videos with Michael Jackson, Prince and Mariah Carey. |

Tatyana Ali |
Her
mother is from Panama and her father is of Trinidad East Indian descent.
As Ashley Banks on the successful comedy The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,
Tatyana incoporated her singing into her character, so it was no surprise
when her single Daydreamin' off of the album Kiss the Sky
was released. Tatyana also contributed in major
movies such as Crocodile Dundee II and Eddy Murphy's Raw
and had guest roles in television shows such as the Cosby Show,
The Mickey Mouse Club, Kyno's Storytime, Are you
Afraid of the Dark?, and the television movie Mr. Foster's
Field Trip. |

Rae Dawn Chong |
Her
father, Tommy Chong of Cheech and Chong fame, is Asian and White,
her mother is Black. She has starred in movies such as The
Color Purple, Commando, Soul Man, Beat Street and Quest For
Fire. |

Victoria Rowell |
Her
mother was White her father was Black. Currently stars as Drucilla
Winters on The Young and the Restless and Dr. Amanda Bentley in the
CBS series Diagnosis Murder. Before launching her acting career,
Rowell was a successful model. She has appeared in such feature
films as THE DISTINGUISHED GENTLEMAN opposite Eddie Murphy, DUMB &
DUMBER with Jim Carrey, EVE'S BAYOU starring Samuel L. Jackson. She
is also heavily involved in charity work for foster children. |

Boris Kodjoe |
His
mother is German and his father is from Ghana, West Africa. The Co-Star
of Showtime's Original Series "SOUL FOOD". He guest
starred on such sitcoms as "Steve Harvey" and "For
your Love", and he can be seen in the Spike Lee produced feature
film "Love and Basketball". |

whose film credits include "Jungle Fever," "Malcolm
X," "The Cotton Club," "Gardens of Stone,"
"He Got Game," "Cuba," "Brewster's Millions"
and "Round Midnight." On television, she currently appears
on the CBS daytime drama "As the World Turns," has starred
in mini-series such as "Women of Brewster Place" and CBS's
"Queen," and in movies such as "To Dance with Olivia,"
also on the Network, and the cable film "Blind Faith." |

Rain Pryor |
Her
father (comedian Richard Pryor) is Black, her mother is White.
Currently starring in the Showtime series Rude Awakening. She
is best known for the role of TJ on the series "Head of the Class,"
and for guest starring opposite her father Richard Pryor on the dramatic
series "Chicago Hope." Rain spent last year touring
Los Angeles and Europe in the hit Michael Jackson musical "Sisterella,"
where she played the evil step-sister Chrysanthemum. This role that
she helped create, landed her a Best Supporting Actress nomination
from the NAACP, as well as a rave review in the Los Angeles Times
for her impeccable comic timing. |
